The closed-cell foam technology offers a sturdy, cushioned layer that separates you from the ground. One side is smooth, while the other features a tire tread pattern. These seats are made from sugarcane biomass using a process that not only removes carbon from the atmosphere but also ensures that the material is sourced in an environmentally sustainable manner.

The use of unique EVA foam containing more than 60% sustainably grown sugarcane resin makes these seats more environmentally friendly. Sugarcane is a renewable raw material that aids in reducing greenhouse gas emissions by capturing CO2. The sugarcane resin used in these seats is obtained from sugarcane that is grown and harvested in an environmentally sustainable manner, and it is audited by a third party to ensure its sustainability.

In addition to providing a firm, insulated barrier with closed-cell foam technology, these seats offer a balance between warmth and comfort, thanks to the die-cut peaks and heat-trapping valleys. They are suitable for use as a comfortable backcountry seat or for kneeling on uneven ground, providing protection from dirt, wet grass, or snow. With two foam layers offering different textures, users have the option to use the seats with either the dimpled side up or down, depending on their preference.

Despite their durability and longevity, these seats are incredibly lightweight, weighing just 2oz. /57g, making them easy to carry anywhere. They also make for a great bleacher seat at spectator events. When rolled up, they measure 11”x3”/28x8cm, further adding to their portability and convenience.
